Business Personal Property rendition forms mailed to all businesses

Mapping/GIS completes setup of new land records for new plats and re-plats, filed as of January 1st.

Real estate appraiser reviewing and analyzing data and finalizing values to be utilized in making of appraisal notices.
March 1st-31st
Business Personal Property (BPP) appraisers reviewing renditions and data collected during field inspections.

April

April 15th
Deadline for filing BPP Rendition Forms and requests for rendition extensions
April 30th
Deadline for filing these applications or reports with the CAD:
  • Most Exemption Applications
  • Agricultural Appraisal Valuation Applications
