This compressed zip archive (.zip) also contains a file layout that defines each field found in the file. If you need descriptions for our various codes found in our appraisal data exports please download a copy of the "Code File Lists" Excel spreadsheet. This export was designed for easier utilization and is updated nightly making it the best candidate for the majority of data requests.
