The District is located at 250 Eldorado Pkwy on the northeast corner of Eldorado Pkwy and College St.

Traveling South on Central Expressway - US Hwy 75

  1. Take Exit 39A for Eldorado Parkway.
  2. Merge onto the Central Expressway Frontage Road for about 0.7 miles.
  3. Keep right at the fork to take the ramp to Eldorado Parkway.
  4. Keep left at the next fork to merge onto Eldorado Parkway.
  5. Continue on Eldorado Parkway east bound for about 1.4 miles.
  6. Turn left onto College Street and use the first entrance on the right.

Traveling North on Central Expressway - US Hwy 75

  1. Take Exit 39A for Eldorado Parkway.
  2. Merge onto the Central Expressway Frontage Road for about 0.5 miles.
  3. Keep right at the fork to take the ramp to Eldorado Parkway.
  4. Keep right at the next fork to merge onto Eldorado Parkway.
  5. Continue on Eldorado Parkway east bound for about 1.4 miles.
  6. Turn left onto College Street and use the first entrance on the right.

Traveling NorthEast on Sam Rayburn Tollway - TX Hwy 121

  1. Stay on the Sam Rayburn Tollway until it ends and becomes South McDonald Street.
  2. Continue on S. McDonald Street for about 1 mile.
  3. Turn left onto Eldorado Parkway for one block.
  4. Turn right onto College Street and use the first entrance on the right.
