The subdivision code is stored as a 4-digit number and may be appended with a -1 or -2, etc. If the subdivision code is less than four digits, add zeroes to the beginning to make it four digits (ex. 0025). Additionally, abstract maps only are prefixed with a letter for the county they are in and use a four digit number. If the abstract number is only three digits, add a zero after the county letter (ex. C0729)
